Infosys is seeking a Blockchain Full Stack Engineer. We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Full Stack Engineer with deep experience in Web3 technologies to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and is comfortable contributing across the stack-from smart contracts to frontend interfaces, backend services, and infrastructure. You'll be empowered to work on whatever is needed, including introducing new backend systems and components.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
7+ years of experience in software development across the stack.
2+ years of experience with Solidity and smart contract development.
Proficiency in Rust (especially for backend or smart contracts).
Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Wagmi, and Viem.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Familiarity with subgraphs and sub streams for blockchain data indexing.
Scripting experience with JavaScript, Bash, or similar.
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with version control (Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to production.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Job Responsibilities will include:
Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity (bonus for Rust-based smart contracts).
Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Wagmi, and Viem.
Develop and manage backend services, including REST APIs, using Node.js, Rust, Go, or other modern frameworks.
Implement and maintain subgraphs and sub streams (The Graph) for on-chain data indexing and querying.
Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript, Bash, etc.) for automation, tooling, and DevOps tasks.
Contribute to and maintain infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and systems.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality software.
Stay current with the latest developments in Web3, blockchain, and infrastructure tooling.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Chain-link tools, including CCIP, Data Feeds, VRF, and Automation.
Experience with multi-chain or cross-chain smart contract development.
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, on-chain financial primitives, or tokenomics.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
Background in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or data streaming.
Experience with GraphQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
