BizTalk Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking a skilled BizTalk Lead Consultant to support integration and middleware operations for a major aerospace customer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing BizTalk-based solutions that connect enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and compliance in a regulated environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate can be located anywhere in US.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server
  • Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and EDI standard. Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture
  • In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience integrating BizTalk with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Deltek Costpoint
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms and Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, or hybrid cloud integration
  • Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft BizTalk Server environments
  • Design, develop, and maintain BizTalk orchestrations, pipelines, maps, and schemas
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across ERP, CRM, and third-party systems
  • Monitor and optimize BizTalk performance and message tracking
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end workflows
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and internal controls
  • Document integration flows, configurations, and support procedures
  • Aerospace or government contracting domain experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Knowledge of secure messaging and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA)

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $94,000 to $ 131,600. In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600. Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits: -
