Banking Business Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Banking Business Analyst. As a consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX or Jersey City, NJ. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Experience working in Banking domain (Corporate, Community banking and Investment Banking) subdomains such as consumer and commercial banking, Core banking, loan originations, loan servicing, lending, mortgages, payments, online banking.
  • Agile experience is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Atleast 4-6 years of experience as Business Analyst in the Banking / Digital application.
  • Strong understanding of online banking, online account opening, open banking architecture and reusable API's which shall be used across digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of banking concepts such as loans, mortgages, payments.
  • Must be experience in Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework.
  • Support the Product Owner and scrum team's priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies, working in collaboration with core technical team, product managers, experience design, & a variety of technology partners.
  • Write user stories & groom the scrum team's backlog; in partnership with the team.
  • Good understanding of Digital and Core Banking application and understands the interfaces around it.
  • Analytical and Communication skills.
  • Planning and Co-ordination skill.
  • Experience with Scrum and Product management.
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based on Jersey City, NJ will be Min - 82493 to Max -107241.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
