Infosys is seeking a Backup and Storage Infrastructure Analyst. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Infra Engineers and Subject Matter Experts. Required Skills:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Wichita, KS or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). The eligible candidates must be US Citizens

• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 2 years of Backup & Storage support or similar experience
Technical Expertise:
• Extensive Experience with: PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), Cybervault Solutions, designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level backup and storage solutions.
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veritas NetBackup, CommVault, or Veeam.
• Proficiency in storage technologies including SAN, NAS, and DAS.
• Strong knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, FC, NFS, SMB).
• Expertise in configuring and managing storage arrays from vendors like EMC, NetApp, HPE, Pure.
• Experience with data deduplication, replication, and snapshot technologies.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud storage solutions (AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Understanding of network infrastructure and security principles.
• Certification in storage technologies (e.g., EMC Proven Professional, NetApp Certified).
• Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or Splunk.
• Excellent Leadership and Mentoring Skills.
• Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
• Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
• Exceptional Organizational Skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN: $62,000 to $86,800
In Washington, DC: $62,620 to $117,543
