Location: Monterrey, Mexico City, Guadalajara (Hybrid - 3 days per week at Infosys Office)

We are seeking an experienced Azure Developer with strong hands-on skills in building cloud-native integrations and services using the Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, DevOps pipelines, Azure SQL, and a foundational understanding of healthcare EDI transactions (837, 834, 276/277, 278). This role involves developing scalable integration components, modernizing existing solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support healthcare-related workloads.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions using Azure Functions, App Services, and API Management
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integration workflows to support healthcare EDI processing
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated builds, testing, and deployments

• Develop and optimize SQL components in Azure SQL for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define and translate requirements into working solutions
• Ensure all solutions follow security, compliance, and performance best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Azure cloud services and integration components
• Monitor system performance and apply improvements to ensure operational stability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices
• Produce technical documentation for architecture, design, and implementation details

Required Skills and Experience
• 4-7+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on Azure
• Strong proficiency with Azure Functions (HTTP triggers, timers, event-driven patterns)
• Experience with App Services and cloud-hosted application development
• Hands-on experience with API Management (policies, gateways, security)
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, automation)
• Strong experience with Azure SQL and SQL development
• Basic understanding of Healthcare EDI transactions (837, 834, 276/277, 278)
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of cloud security and data protection principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with distributed teams and clients
• Ability to quickly learn new domain knowledge in healthcare environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have Skills
• Experience with Edifecs as a Developer or Business Analyst
