Azure Cloud Solution Architect

Infosys is seeking an Azure Cloud Solution Architect. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will play an important role in creating the Architecture and high-level design artifacts. You will also do technical feasibility and identify smart ways of completing client's requirement. You will guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, or Hartford, CT, or Phoenix, AZ, or Indianapolis, IN, or Richardson, TX, or Providence, RI, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in Cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies and services: Azure VMs, Azure Storage, VNETS, Resource Manager, Azure SQL, Azure Backup, Traffic Manager, Cloud & App Services, Azure Active Directory, ASR (Azure site recovery)
• Proficiency in Azure networking and connectivity options like ER, S2SVPN
• Proficiency in Windows operating system and storage technologies
• Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, MFA and MS SQL Server
• Good with scripting or programming using XML, JSON, PowerShell/VBScript/.net
• Expertise translating business requirements / problems into technical architectures utilizing Azure and complementary technologies.
• Experience in providing Azure advisory and consulting services to customers including assessments, presenting recommendations on Azure migration roadmaps, architecture / designs etc.
• Candidate will lead analysis, recommendations, and presentation of approaches to customers complex problems based on prior experience and research.
• Strong experience in architect / design / deploy Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions based on a range of Azure technologies and services such as Compute, Data Services, App Services and Network Services.
• Experience in migration of various workloads to Azure from traditional infrastructure or other Clouds using Azure site recovery (ASR) or similar tools
• experience in deployment and migration of various workloads to Azure
• Collaborate with customers functional and technical teams to ensure Azure based solutions are appropriately architected, engineered, tested, & deployed
• Own the technical engagement and ensure success around specific design and implementation projects utilizing Azure technologies and services.
