Azure and Databricks Lead Data Engineer

Infosys is seeking an Azure and Databricks Cloud Data Engineer. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must live within commuting distance of Portland, OR or be willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required.

- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
- Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Azure Synapse.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- DevOps (Terraform, Jenkins, Bricksflow, Github, Docekr etc), Exposure to Databricks , Python Spark , AWS , SQL
