AWS Solution Architect
Infosys is seeking a AWS Solution Architect. In the role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. This position is based out of Dallas, TX. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of IT experience required.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing Web applications.
- Strong experience with Amazon MSK and Amazon Kinesis Data Streams
- At least 2 years of experience in Skills in designing scalable and distributed streaming systems at scale
- Experience in cloud migration, cost optimization, and cloud-native development.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- At least 5 years of experience working on Agile Development teams.
- Strong experience with Microservice development, CICD pipelines, Java/Spring Boot, REST API, MongoDB
- Ability to define technical architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategy and will participate in hands-on delivery
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and relevant managed services
- Proficiency in building real-time data pipelines and stream processing applications
- Expertise in event-driven architecture and data serialization formats (e.g., Avro, Protobuf)
- Experience in testing streaming data solutions, both batch and real-time validation
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Go) and API integration
- Emphasis on improving developer experience, self-service tooling, and observability
