Automation Testing Lead

Infosys is seeking a Automation Test Lead
As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Greenwood Village, CO or must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
• 4+ years of experience in Automation testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Automation and testing Skills in creating Test Strategy, Test scenarios and Test cases with hands on technical knowledge
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Hands-On experience with API Testing, scripting, Performance monitoring, CI/CD
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working in offshore and onsite model.

For candidates based out of Greenwood Village, CO estimated annual compensation will be
$ 75,358 to $97,965
