Automation Test Lead

Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Lead,

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bridgewater, NJor be willing to relocate one of these areas. This position may require travel.
• At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
• Strong communication skills

• Hands on experience in Health care specific QNXT, EDFIECS, Encounters, IVR
• 4+ years of experience in Functional, UAT, E2E, Data migration testing, Integration testing.
• Must Have: STLC, SQL, QNXT, Healthcare Domain expertise, Project management, Business testing (UAT, E2E).
• Should possess good understanding of Healthcare Payer business processes across all Payer domains- Benefits, Enrollment, Claims, Provider Management, Clinical & Utilization Management, Digital.
• Hands on experience in System integration testing, UAT, Business Testing for large program implementations with QNXT as core processing system and surround applications.
• Functional testing in US Healthcare Payer domain - Enrollment, Claims, Benefits
• Hands on experience with different EDI transactions is mandatory: 834, 835, 837 P/I, 270/271, 276/277.
• Experience in System Integration Testing, UAT, Comparison Testing
• Hands on experience working in QNXT and surround applications.
• Designing and implementing Test approaches/strategies
• Should have experience working in a client facing role
• Strong SQL skills
• Requirement analysis, Estimation, Test Planning, Test designing, execution & results documentation
• Status reporting and Tracking
• Coordination with client leads, PMO, other cross functional teams and enlisted parties on the program
• Proactive communications on risks & issues
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
• 4+ years in depth experience in RDBMS, SQL/PLSQL
• Communicate and collaborate with Business users, Subject Matter Experts and Development team for understanding the business and technical requirements.
• Milestone reporting, schedule and effort management, defect co-ordination, weekly status reporting for projects.
• Solid skills using a test management system. HP ALM/JIRA/Zephyr preferred.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel, and Visio
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to multitask among various activities and responsibilities
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Experience in test automation, good knowledge on any one test automation tool.
  Experience in implementing test driven (TDD) and behavior driven development (BDD).
