Location: Melbourne (Vic), Australia
Salary: AUD AUD 127,971-141,157 AUD Annual Gross .

Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and SDETs.
  • Well versed in insurance domain preferably Motor Insurance
  • Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely delivery of test artifacts and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong experience in using Selenium and C#.
  • Proficient in API automation.
  • Hands-on experience for mobile automation (iOS and Android).
  • Solid programming skills in C#.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Agile Testing methodologies including BDD, TDD, and ATDD.
  • Expertise in C#.
  • Experience with Mobile Functional Test Automation.
