Overview:
Infosys Consulting is seeking a seasoned Associate Partner to join our North American Utilities practice, focusing on SAP S/4HANA transformations. This leadership role blends strategic advisory, program delivery, and business development within a fast-evolving utilities sector.

Role Summary:
As part of the North American leadership team, you will drive the growth of our Utilities S/4HANA practice by shaping solutions, leading large-scale transformation programs, and building high-performing delivery teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them extract maximum value from S/4HANA initiatives aligned with the evolving needs of the utilities industry.

• Lead and oversee large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to client executives, offering guidance on solution design, implementation, and value realization.
• Direct project teams, ensuring quality delivery using global delivery models.
• Contribute to client pursuits through proposal development, sales support, and oral presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with SAP product partners and stay current with platform advancements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Program or Solution Leadership experience as follows:
  • At least two full cycle SAP S/4HANA program in any industry
  • At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA program for a utility with a customer base exceeding 1 million.
  • At least one Phase 0 engagement for a utility for defining the S/4HANA roadmap, architecture, business process and benefits documentation, developing cost models and regulatory business case support
• Strong grasp of utility specific S/4 solutions in either Finance, or Work and Asset Management areas.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

• Program or Solution leaderships experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of one or more functional solution areas:
  • Utility Finance - FERC, Asset Accounting, PowerPlan Integration etc.
  • Work & Asset Management - FSM, SSAM, APM, LAM/GEF etc.
• SAP Technology Understanding - Signavio, LeanIX, BTP, Clean Core, Data Cloud, RISE with SAP, ECC to S/4HANA migration strategies

• Prior experience at a leading consulting firm.

  Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
  
  There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For New York City the base pay range for this role is USD $210,000 - $305,000 per year.
