Overview:
Infosys Consulting is seeking a seasoned Associate Partner to join our North American Utilities practice, focusing on Customer Information Systems (CIS) transformation leveraging SAP or Oracle platforms. This leadership role blends strategic advisory, program delivery, and business development within a fast-evolving utilities sector.

Role Summary:
As part of the North American leadership team, you will drive the growth of our Utilities CIS practice by shaping solutions, leading large-scale transformation programs, and building high-performing delivery teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them extract maximum value from CIS initiatives aligned with the evolving needs of the utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee large-scale CIS transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to client executives, offering guidance on solution design, implementation, and value realization.
  • Direct project teams, ensuring quality delivery using global delivery models.
  • Contribute to client pursuits through proposal development, sales support, and oral presentations.
  • Mentor junior staff and actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with SAP or Oracle CIS product partners and stay current with platform advancements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of consulting or utilities industry experience with a focus on CIS solutions.
  • Program or Solution Leadership role in at least two full-cycle CIS programs for utilities with a customer base exceeding 1 million.
  • Strong grasp of Meter-to-Cash processes, MDM, AMI, and Grid integration with CIS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Technology Experience:
SAP CIS:
  • Program or Solution leaderships experience with SAP S/4HANA CR&B/ISU, C4C, and related products.
  • Familiarity with ECC-to-S/4 migration strategies, RISE with SAP, BTP & Clean Core, and SAP AI capabilities.
Oracle CIS:
  • Program or Solution leaderships experience with Oracle Utilities products including C2M, CC&B, CCS, MDM.
  • Knowledge of integration with Oracle CSS and MWM.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience at a leading consulting firm.
  • Advanced degree from a top-tier institution.

Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For New York City the base pay range for this role is USD $210,000 - $305,000 per year.
