Infosys is looking for an Associate Lead - HRBP to join its Consulting - HR team. In this role, the respective individual will support deployment of assigned HR processes, execute Unit specific performance management framework and initiatives, periodic communication plans, ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance requirements, prepare dashboards, analytics. Support larger HR team on various HR projects

Work location : Richardson TX, Houston TX, Chicago IL, Raleigh NC, Bridgewater NJ

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 3 years of work experience with Bachelor's degree and 0-1 year of work experience with MBA from accredited University
  • Basic knowledge of US employment law; knowledge of Canada and Mexico employment law a plus

  • Plan, execute, and monitor specific activities as guided by HR leaders
  • Collate data related to HR processes and programs by coordinating within units
  • Execute employee engagement activities
  • Capability to work in global onsite and offshore model
  • Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    • Prepare/maintain HR artifacts, reports; data analytics, etc.
    • Identify HR trends and gaps and execute solutions, as required
    • End-to-end Performance Management support
    • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes (both voluntary and involuntary)
    • Maintain employee policies and procedures and educate employees; act as main point of contact for employee issues and questions
    • Handle sensitive and difficult conversations with employees and manage investigations with utmost confidentiality and empathy
    • Ensure adherence to HR and compliance processes within the team
    • Partner with HRM to develop solutions related to personnel issues and/or development needs
    • Must be able to work with all levels of the organization and handle high levels of confidentiality and sensitive subject matter
    • Assist in change management activities
    • Must be able to successfully manage crucial conversations
    • Very strong attention to detail and communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
    • Very organized and able to prioritize tasks
    • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity
    • Proficient in office suite (excel and power point)
    • Knowledge of legal requirements and immigration (visa types) a plus
  • The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face
