Location: Dusseldorf/ Hybrid work in Dusseldorf

We are an international operating IT Service Provider and we are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support our HR Director with enthusiasm and expertise in Duesseldorf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a supportive workplace culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters and conflict resolution.
- Support & mentor HR colleagues, fostering their professional growth and ensuring team cohesion.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives and support organizational goals.

- Proven experience in HR management (best in an international company, but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of German employment laws and best practices
