Role: Associate HR
Location: Waterford
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resource department.
The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and work on governance and reporting of HR operations tracks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Support decision-making process improvements with data-driven recommendations.
- Creating clear and compelling visual reports using tools/skills like:
- Macros
- Advance Excel
- SQL
- Oversee and manage the HR query ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns in collaboration with the offshore HR Operations Team.
- Administer the complete employee absence management process, including tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide support for payroll operations, ensuring accurate data handling and coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal HR policies, supporting audits and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments and operational teams to facilitate HR processes.
