Responsibilities:
  • Keep the physical employment files updated and keep a track of the employees documents relevant for the HR processes
  • Issuing new employees with enrollment documents
  • Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion
  • Communicating with recruiters and other internal teams
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Responding to HR-related queries within the company
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all employee's queries related to HR processes and HR systems
