Associate Client Partner, Professional Services

Infosys is seeking an Associate Client Partner to join our Professional Services vertical. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring delivery excellence across assigned accounts. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic account plans and lead engagements with a book of business ranging from $10M to $30M annually.

Role Description:
Client Relationship & Business Development
• Own and grow client relationships within assigned accounts.
• Lead the end-to-end opportunity cycle: Prospect → Evaluate → Propose → Close.
• Drive revenue growth through go-to-market solutions and customized pitches.

Delivery Assurance & Collaboration
• Partner with Delivery Managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Resolve delivery challenges related to people, infrastructure, or scope.
• Coordinate across multiple projects and teams to maintain client satisfaction.

Strategic Account Management
• Develop and execute account plans, including relationship mapping, opportunity pipeline, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation.
• Make pricing decisions within the scope of the Master Services Agreement.
• Support pre-sales efforts and contribute to strategic alliances with product vendors.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with IT and business consulting engagements.
