Infosys is seeking a Senior consultant in Asset Management Domain. As a Senior Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA / Jersey City, NJ/ Raleigh, NC / Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in Financial Domain skills in one of the areas Asset Management / Capital Markets / Trade Surveillance/ Wealth Management
Preferred Qualifications
• At least 6 years of experience in Systems analysis for banks and financial services organizations
• At least 6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst and experience creating requirement specifications documents, BRDs, Functional Specifications documents and interfacing with Business.
• At least 4 years of experience working as Data Analyst/Technology Business Analyst in Financial Services sector, with ability to work both with the business partners and the technology teams very closely on a daily basis to assist in defining the capability and being involved throughout the SDLC process.
• Should have strong Financial Domain skills in at least one of the areas Compliance/ AML/ AMR/ Capital Markets/ Risk/ Trade Surveillance/ Wealth Management
• At least 3 years of experience in gathering requirement for UI web-based or Datawarehouse based applications with experience in requirement elicitation and translation into functional specifications.
• At least 3 years of experience with data quality and data analysis.
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Ability to understand complex data models and be able to perform Data Analysis and Data Mapping.
• Ability to present meaningful data/gap analysis using Strong SQL skills coupled with good Financial Domain Knowledge.
• Strong analytical ability to think strategically.
• Ability to work independently
• Strong Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills, should be willing to work in onsite offshore model.
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires occasional travel
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
