AR Specialist with Spanish

We are looking for a candidate with:
Knowledge of Spanish (min. B2) and English (min. B2)
Knowledge of Portuguese would be an asset
2 Years of relevant OTC experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience is preferred
Working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
Strong Communication Skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to adjust quickly to new processes and procedures
Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
Team player who helps create a result focused and motivating team environment

Practical knowledge of ERP system
Your key activities:
Chasing clients for invoices that need to be paid
Making sure the ledger is clear and tidy
Controlling the ageing buckets
Suggesting process improvements
