Infosys Public Services is seeking an Application Production Support Engineer to join our team.

As a Technology Analyst, you will be required to manage Production support activities for one or more applications, handling incident management, supporting production defect resolution, and handling application deployments on-prem or cloud. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative, high-quality solutions, automation tools focused on our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience with Application Support and Maintenance
- Well-versed with Application Support and Maintenance Activities such as Incident and Problem Management, Production defect Triage, and handling P1 and P2 incident bridges
- Good hands-on work experience in handling Application Servers (Tomcat, IIS, WebSphere)
- At least 1 year of experience in Monitoring Tools and Dashboards - Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics
- Hands-on experience in handling Databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MSSQL
- Experience in managing Windows, Unix, and/or Linux Servers
- Able to work in a 24/7 support team on the Roster
- Ability to meet MTTR and Response time SLAs and other production Support metrics
- Knowledgeable in managing highly secure applications, including Government or Federal programs
- Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of the nearest Infosys office locations.
- Knowledgeable in Kubernetes, Docker
- Hands-on work experience with Java, RESTFUL API, and knowledgeable in Angular
- Knowledgeable in any of the Scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell
- Knowledgeable on load balancers such as A10, F5
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, namely, technical, business, and management teams
- Experience in Telecom and/or Legal domains
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
