Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- All applicants authorized to work in the United State are encouraged to apply
- Work location is New Castle, DE. This position may require travel.
- At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working in financial services, banking, life insurance, or other highly regulated industry.
• Experience working within an AWS development environment - UI automation experience using WDIO (or similar) and TypeScript
- Writing SQL queries for test data research purposes
- Data layer testing experience including data transformation based on STTM (source to target mapping), advanced SQL skills, and using SQL in coordination with Python or other language.
• Experience focused on test data management.
• Source controlling, scheduling, and running UI test automation using GitHub actions or similar workflow automation tool.
• Experience creating test automation that connects to a vault (such as CyberArk) to retrieve credentials and/or authentication for the automation to avoid hard coding credentials.
• Experience with JFrog/Artifactory related to Node.JS environment configuration and environment management.
• Microsoft Excel to support QA automation development for things such as parsing Java enums into a usable format.
• Using GitHub to clone repositories, create branches, merge branches, and otherwise maintain a test automation code base.
• Participating in code reviews to approve and merge pull requests for QA automation code.
• Jira/Xray experience to support quality including creating stories/tasks, creating tests, and running test executions from Jira/Xray. Or similar experience with HP ALM or another tool.
• Technical writing experience to create documentation that's supplemental to QA efforts. Experience with GitHub Wiki "markdown" language is preferred.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
