API Automation Test Lead

Infosys is seeking an API Test Automation Lead,

In the role of Technical Test lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Greenwood Village, CO or must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.

• 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Must work in client location (4 day Work from office mandate)
• Must have 4 yrs of experience in Testing/QA or QE
• Must have all fundamental testing knowledge, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodology.

• Telecom industry knowledge
• Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple Projects.
• Must have experience in Automation framework WebDriverIO, and Java Selenium.
• Must have working experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Must have working experience with programming languages Java, Python
• Must have experience in testing REST and SOAP APIs
• Hands-on experience working with SoapUI, Rest Assured.
• Working experience with the scripting language Groovy.
• Must have experience in project management tools (JIRA) and any test management tools (Ex: Microfocus ALM)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have Cable/video domain experience
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Highly motivated team player, quick learner, and proven record of capability to work under pressure and deadlines.
