Title : Accounts Payable Process Specialist - Especialista de Procesos de Cuentas Por Pagar
Location: Monterrey Infosys Facilities
Working hours: 7 am to 4pmMonday to Friday Hybrid Model (Tuesday and Thursday at the Infosys facility)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Process Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our financial success during our project.
Mandatory:

  • A minimum of a graduation degree, preferably in Accounting such as Administration, Business, or related fields. However, candidates with degrees in other fields may also be considered if they have relevant accounting certifications or sufficient experience. In summary, while an accounting bachelor's degree is often preferred, relevant Accounting certifications and practical experience can also qualify candidates for this position.
  • Should have 3-4 years of experience in AP and good exposure in Software / technology industry is an added advantage.
  • Should have BPM/BPO (third party vendor) exposure at least 2+ years.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and good knowledge of P2P processes Familiarity with Oracle Cloud reporting tools and configuration is a plus
  • Good communication skills, ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, AP Recon, GRIR Recon activities).
  • Act as SME for the AP process.
  • Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills.
  • Sound analytical & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Problem solving.
