Position: Airline HR Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day airline operations and flight administration processes.
- Handle employee data management, HR operations, and strategy execution.
- Resolve employee and operational queries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead and mentor a team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Utilize HRMS/ERP systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) for data and process management.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5-6 years of experience in airline operations, flight administration, or HR operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and consultative engagements.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
- Background in airline-specific transaction processing, especially crew scheduling.
- Excellent customer management and negotiation skills.
