Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology/Domain experience.

Preferred Qualification:
• Highly experienced and capable in Aviation/Travel/Hospitality consulting subject matter expertise
• Should have comprehensive knowledge of one or more below given Airline business functions :
Network Planning
Revenue Management
Passenger Services and Experience
Ground Operations
Crew Management
Cargo
Aircraft Maintenance
Corporate Strategy, Sales & Marketing
• Good to have couple of airline products/application knowledge supporting the business process
• Experience in Agile project environment is mandatory and any certification in Agile methodology (CSM/CSPO), Project/Program management (PMP/PgMP), CBAP are highly desirable
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, develop user journey maps and define acceptance criteria
• Conduct show & tell session to present the product solution to business users.
• Support the deliverables of the Technical Consultants by providing business and functional guidance, review, testing, and validation of scripted solutions (reports, plugins, and interfaces)
• Help drive consistency and efficiency through active leadership within the team
• Maintain and build key relationships with external IT teams and our internal business collaborators
• Standardize and reinforce processes for eliciting requirements, designing and validating system functionality
• Can mentor Junior Business Analysts, Technical Consultant and provide guidance on the daily support issues . Work with cross functional teams spread across geographies
• Ability to work effectively with a multicultural team, Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical issues to clients and to wider non-expert stakeholder's work closely with the senior stake holders in the business as well as in different departments
• Engage stakeholders to identify cross-functional features, and impacts to current processes, operations, and platforms
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment.
