Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead / Scrum Master with Mandarin skills (8+ years' experience)
- Management experience across Banking industry / Mandate programs
- Experience of working with a broad set of teams - End users, Operations, Technical
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and manage delivery of complex, projects in a matrix organization
- Strong Mandarin skills to liaise with local users
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
