Infosys is seeking a highly skilled AEM Technology Lead to spearhead the development, optimization, and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architectures. This role involves leading technical teams, driving innovation, and ensuring high-performance content management solutions. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4+ years of experience in AEM development with a focus on architecture and scalability.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in AEM architecture (Sling, OSGi, JCR).
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end and back-end development.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data integration.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer.
- Experience with Cloud-based AEM deployments.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance in AEM.
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows using Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
- Implement AEM solutions for content management and digital experience optimization.
- Optimize content delivery using AEM Dispatcher and caching strategies.
- Work with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch for personalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of AEM solutions.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
