Adobe AEP Lead Developer

Infosys is seeking a seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to join our Digital Technology team in support of our Marketing organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Marketing and Technology, driving value realization through data-driven insights, user journey creation, and seamless campaign activation. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. This position is based out of Irvine, CA This position may require re-location and or travel to project location.

Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) development.
  • Strong proficiency in AEP tools like Real-Time CDP, AJO, and CJA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
User Journey Design & Activation:
  • Create and optimize user journeys leveraging AEP tools like Real-Time CDP, AJO, and CJA.
  • Validate segment qualifications, data reconciliation, and use-case implementation.
Business Collaboration & Value Realization:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Provide consultative guidance to Marketing teams on achieving desired outcomes through AEP capabilities.

Data Analysis & Insights:
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and trend identification to support marketing strategies.
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of organizational datasets to identify data validation and trend needs.

Liaison Role Between Teams:
  • Act as the key point of contact between the Marketing team and Activation Development team, including offshore resources.
  • Participate in daily/weekly standups and oversee the end-to-end development and testing process.
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Process Documentation & Flexibility:
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, requirements, and deliverables using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving marketing realities, pulling resources from cross-functional teams to support tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Marketing Technology Expertise:
  • Maintain a working knowledge of marketing concepts like seed lists, A/B testing, audiences, and journeys.
  • Provide technical expertise in translating marketing requirements into logical expressions for development.
Deliverable Oversight:
  • Oversee the publish/review process for campaigns and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through final reviews and ongoing refinements.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
