Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (OTC)

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (OTC)
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities:
Telephone contact in German (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
Perform cash collection activities - chasing customers, managing open items
Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
Ongoing e-mail communication in German and English
Collaboration with other teams and internal customers

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable area
Experience in customer-facing roles
German min. C1
Advanced English B2/C1
Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of MS Office package, Knowledge of MS Dynamics would be an advantage
Highly developed self-organization
