Job Description/Requirements

What You'll Do:
  • Marketing and Tie-in Promotion
    • Compose moderately complex letters, memorandums, reports, presentations, announcement and analysis on behalf of the Executive by identifying required information, researching background information, and gathering it from appropriate sources.
    • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents, arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings, monitor, screening.
    • Assist Marketing team for admin & finance duties.
    • Assist Marketing team for tie-in promotion and marketing campaign execution & coordination.
    • Coordinate between internal teams to ensure the execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Assist in Marketing budget process and rolling forecasting reports.
  • Theatre Development
    • Maintain the schedule and record of site visits.
    • Update zone study information.
    • Take team meeting minutes.
    • Update contracted, opened, backlog information on weekly basis.
    • Basic data collection for internal report & presentation.
What You'll Need:
  • Outstanding time management skills and know how to balance time between two teams.
  • Good analytical and numeric skills as well as an all-round user of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc.).
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Bachelor degree or above from an accredited university.
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgment, initiative, discretion and independence
  • Takes initiative with strong sense of ownership
  • High efficiency and effectiveness while with great attention to details
