The Manager of Analytics will develop insights and analysis by leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, optimize processes and forecast trends. A successful candidate for this role will act with a high level of autonomy; managing strategic projects through the full cycle of discovery, data sourcing, analysis, visualization and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to support business decision-making processes.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to provide recommendations on business strategies, operational efficiencies, and new opportunities.
• Work closely with the enterprise data & reporting team to identify data gaps and opportunities, define data requirements for projects and design systems of measurement for business activity
• Collaborate with key business partners such as sales leadership, field operations, and the enterprise data & reporting team to define, standardize and automate reporting and analysis needs for daily, tactical decision making
• Develop and maintain tracking and reporting until a point where it can be automated and introduce analytical programs and dashboard reporting to the function and it’s partners
• Encourage innovation and experimentation within the team to explore new data sources, analytical techniques, and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative / business field or equivalent practical experience required.
• Certifications in analytics, data science, or related fields.
• 4+ years of robust analytics experience, with a focus on business intelligence

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) and databases (SQL).
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience conducting quantitative & qualitative analysis to solve defined business problems
• Intermediate to advanced skills with data visualization tools including Tableau and/or Power BI
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
