Job Overview

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of our revenue operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of sales, marketing, customer and post-sale processes. You will work cross-functionally to streamline operations, manage support queues in a timely manner, improve data accuracy, drive revenue growth, and manage our growing Revenue Operations resources in region. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Help to guide and manage our India based Revenue Operations roles, ensuring alignment with the functional leaders they matrix into and achievement of key responsibilities to support those functional areas
  • Building and maintaining a high performing team culture that is part of the larger global Revenue Operations team
  • Oversight may include technical resources that will support and be a critical contributor to the GTM Systems and Analytics teams (e.g., SalesForce Admin)
  • Build a team that is capable of working cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Marketing, Finance and HR.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer Revenue Operations leaders and teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and day to day management and support of the business.
  • Implement and optimize lead-to-revenue-to-customer success processes to enhance conversion rates, shorten sales cycles and improve customer NPS.
  • Emphasis on growing analytical skill set to optimize workload across the entire team.
  • Help to manage various support queues while assessing the inquiries to determine recurring issues that can be addressed via proactive process improvements
  • Working with the other Revenue Operations leaders. oversee the accuracy and completeness of data in our CRM system
  • Analyze revenue performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales, marketing, customer and post-sale technologies to streamline operations
  • Provide training and resources to the customer facing teams to enhance their effectiveness and productivity
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
  • Implement best practices to enhance the overall revenue operations workflow

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales and marketing automation tools, and sales analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts.
