Technical Project Manager - Assistant Vice President
About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Technical Product Manager to join the Risk Services team. This individual will oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business transformation across the firm. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who is comfortable engaging with senior leaders and cross-departmental teams, is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will manage multiple enterprise-level projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to translate complex technical or business processes into clear, actionable plans.
Responsibilities
- Define scope, develop detailed plans, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure projects are delivered at the expected quality level.
- Coordinate decisions across business, technology, and control partners; prepare and deliver structured updates to executives, sponsors, and working groups to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Create and manage project charters, status reports, RAID logs, and leadership summaries that reflect current progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain adherence to internal risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and project management standards while ensuring documentation is audit-ready at all stages.
- Manage schedules, workflows, and reporting dashboards in tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, and MS 365 to support accurate tracking and visibility.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise projects in a financial service, fintech, or technology-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience, master’s degree is a plus
- Highly professional and persuasive communicator who unites diverse stakeholders, drives alignment, and builds momentum to ensure projects move forward and deliver results
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior leaders
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines, changing priorities, and cross-team dependencies
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master Certified (SMC), ITIL is preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
