Introduction
IBM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales and Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end client engagement process, from sales strategy and deal execution to the successful delivery of consulting and technology services. This role is essential in driving revenue growth, ensuring high client satisfaction, and delivering transformational outcomes across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate combines strong business development acumen with hands-on delivery experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Your role and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with IBM's consulting, cloud, data, and AI offerings.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute account and industry-specific go-to-market plans.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to pipeline development.

Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and business strategies to align IBM solutions accordingly.
Delivery Oversight:
- Ensure delivery of high-quality services and solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Manage financials including forecasting, margin optimization, and cost controls.

Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, solution sales, or services delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud, AI, data analytics, or enterprise systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Industry expertise (e.g., Banking, Healthcare, Telecom, Public Sector).
- Experience with IBM technologies and platforms (IBM Cloud, Red Hat, Watson, etc.).
