【業務内容】
- 海外を含むお客様からの日々のお問い合わせに対する技術サポートの提供
- 一定基準以上の重篤な障害に対する24時間365日の技術サポートの提供
- お問い合わせいただいた問題の再現、ログやトレースの分析、複雑な問題のデバッグを含む分析、トラブルシューティング
- 製品の不具合が疑われる場合は海外の開発部門と協力してお客様へ修正プログラムを提供する
- 限られた情報を整理• 分析し、対応方針を決定し、問題解決をリードし、高い顧客満足を実現する

問題を解決するという明確な目標に向かって取り組むことができる仕事です。また、担当製品について深いスキルを身につけることができます。同じ製品を担当する海外のエンジニアと協業したり、日本のお客様だけでなく海外のお客様のお問い合わせも対応するため、グローバルな環境でスキルを磨くことができます。
24時間365日のサービスを提供していますが、夜間や休日のシフトはスケジュールベースで担当しますので、長期の休暇も取得しやすい職場です。

【必要な経験】
• 重要な状況下でのテクニカルリーダーシップ
• オペレーティングシステムの管理スキル（Linux、Unix、Windows）
• TCP/IP、DNS、HTTP などの基本的なインターネットプロトコルの理解
• 日本語及び英語（※いずれもSpeaking対応あり）
Preferred technical and professional experience
• ミドルウェアの管理または構成（メッセージング、データベース、アプリケーションサーバーなど）
• プログラミング（C言語およびJavaのスキルがあれば尚可）
• 顧客折衝
