- 採用マネージャーやクライアントのリーダーシップと連携し、採用予測を把握した上で、合意された頻度で採用計画に落とし込みます。

- クライアントのビジネスや業界セクターについて深い知識を身につけます。

- 必要に応じて、採用マネージャーおよびリクルーターとの役割確認ミーティングを主導し、採用の期待値、スケジュール、ソーシング活動について話し合います。

- 採用マネージャーと連携し、ポジションの要件や、採用に影響を与える可能性のある業界• 市場の人材供給状況について助言します。

- IBMのソーシング• サイエンスチームと連携し、ソーシングキャンペーンや活動の成功を支援します。

- 必要に応じて、候補者のショートリスト提示においてデリバリーチームをサポートします。

- プラットフォームデータを分析し、デリバリーパフォーマンスの改善• 最適化の方法を特定し、アカウントチーム全体でベストプラクティスを共有します。

Required education

None

Required technical and professional expertise

- 日本市場における採用または人事業務の経験が5年以上ある方

- 多様な関係者と連携しながらクライアント対応を行った経験が2年以上ある方

- パソコン操作およびMicrosoft Office(特にExcelとPowerPoint)の実務レベルのスキルをお持ちの方

- 日本語がネイティブレベルであり、英語を使ったビジネス経験をお持ちの方

Preferred technical and professional experience

- コンサルティング業界またはITサービス業界における採用業務の経験

- 採用関連イベントの企画および運営の経験

- 採用ブランディング強化に向けた施策の企画• 実行経験

- ビジネスレベルの英語力(特に読み書きに優れていること)
