Your role and responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the talent strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-impact recruitment solutions for our client in the industrial sector. You will partner with senior stakeholders to anticipate workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and lead initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and talent pipeline. This role requires a balance of strategic insight, stakeholder management, and hands-on leadership to drive excellence in hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the client's business goals and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and HR to anticipate talent needs and influence hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing and attraction strategies to identify high-potential talent in competitive markets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes, metrics, and candidate experience.
  • Coach and mentor recruitment teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders effectively.
  • Experience leading and empowering recruitment teams toward high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced communication and consulting capabilities to translate talent insights into actionable strategies.
  • Solid understanding of talent market trends, sourcing innovation, and employer branding strategies.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Background in managing recruitment for industrial or manufacturing clients.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed, or global organizations.
  • Exposure to data-driven recruitment, workforce planning, or talent analytics tools.
