Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Global Delivery Network (GDN) Manager to lead and optimize our global recruitment delivery operations. This role is responsible for managing a distributed team of Selection Specialists and Pipeline coordinators across multiple geographies, ensuring consistent, high-quality talent acquisition services that align with business goals and global hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of TA Selection Specialists and/or TA Pipeline Coordinators in the Global Delivery Network (GDN) team, to successfully complete all activities in the Talent Acquisition Lifecycle for Americas.
  • Collaborate with Domain TA leads and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver scalable sourcing and recruitment solutions.
  • Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging recruitment technologies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party recruitment partners as needed.
  • Continuously assess and improve the GDN model to enhance candidate experience, recruiter productivity, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Drive adoption of new Talent Acquisition offerings, tools, and methodologies.
  • Partner with the Delivery Leaders, Hub, and Domain Selection Specialist on designing and driving effective recruitment strategies, including diversity recruitment, outreach initiatives and community engagement.
  • Partner with the Domain TA Team to accelerate proactive demand requirements planning and management function, ensuring the strategies are consistent with overall Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Engage with hiring managers, to understand hiring needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Liaise with Talent Marketing for all employment branding initiatives, ensuring marketing efforts are consistent and in line with hiring demand.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and hiring metrics to ensure delivery effectiveness.
  • Utilize metrics to make informed decisions and provide with regular reports on KPIs to Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team members to drive efficiencies and effective outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with global hiring policies, data privacy regulations, and diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities to the GDN team.

Required technical and professional expertise

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing global or regional delivery teams.

• Strong understanding of global recruitment practices, tools, and compliance requirements.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms.

• Exceptional business acumen, judgment, and decision-making skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Present information in a clear, compelling way.

• High attention to detail and strong time management and project management skills.

• People management experience

• Fluency in English

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience in shared services or global delivery center environments.

• Familiarity with SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise HR systems.

• Project management certification or experience in process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

• Agile methodologies (Running sprints, Agile rituals, etc.).

• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

• Demonstrated commitment to excellence, personal development and continuous improvement Education, Experience and Certifications.

• Fluency in French and/or Portuguese.
