Your role and responsibilities
* Coordinate distribution and tracking of job offers
* Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates * Maintain open communication with candidates
* Answer questions, address concerns, and provide regular updates during the pre-start phase
* Collaborate with the Onboarding team for a seamless new hire experience
* Keep records of accepted offers, candidate communications, and new hire details updated in the applicant tracking system
* Identify ways to streamline and enhance the post-offer process
* Use technology and best practices to boost efficiency and candidate satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and data privacy standards
* Gather feedback from candidates to support continuous improvement
* Use insights to strengthen the employer value proposition
* Partner with hiring managers, onboarding specialists, and Talent Acquisition team members
* Ensure a cohesive and positive candidate experience
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Align and communicate effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders throughout recruitment and onboarding
Required education

Required technical and professional expertise
1. 3+ years of experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role, with a focus on post-offer coordination or candidate engagement.
2. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple new hire files and maintain accurate records.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams.
4. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Avature.
5. Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred technical and professional experience
