Your role and responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities

• Purchase Orders placement with assigned international suppliers, followup on commits, shipments, and any supply related issue
• Maintain close communication with international Suppliers to ensure the account is up to date with invoicing. (GR/IR)
• Work closely with extended teams OCM, Procurement, Brand Operations for parts under constraint.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor´s degree, Industrial Engineering, Internation Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
• English proficiency
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities
• Microsoft Office experience
• Teamwork
• Leadership
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP experience
• AI, Python & SQL
• International work experience
• Additional languages, Spanish, Portuguese, French

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
