Your role and responsibilities
- Accountable for the worldwide demand plan and strategy that support IBM's revenue objectives for our products.
- Responsible to analyze product inventory, historical shipments, weekly and daily load tracks, and other key customer consumption indicators to ensure demand volume accuracy
- Understanding of the end to end supply chain process relative to IBM's products, specific product knowledge and application of statistical analytics in determining optimum production volumes.
- New product introductions planning in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Detailed analysis with large amounts of data using Data Science methodology to predict future shipment volumes behavior

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
o University degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. Engineering is preferred
o Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
o Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
o Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
o Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
o Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
o English Level: Advanced
o Strong interpersonal collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
