SuccessFactors Project Manager

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Manger for SuccessFactors, you will lead support & implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions that meet business objectives. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As Project Manager- you are expected to have strong understanding of SuccessFactors products, project management methodologies, and experience in managing large-scale SuccessFactors implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex and multiple project along with team members, internal stakeholders and client
• Work directly with the client in reviewing incident tickets, provide status report and ensure that SLA/target resolution were completed on-time
• Lead and assist in matching/mapping and workshops together with Technical/Solution Architects to assess and implement strategies, work breakdown schedule, methods and tools for efficient SuccessFactors implementation
• Manage SuccessFactors implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of SAP solutions
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SuccessFactors consultants, IT, and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Must have 5+ years of work experience as SuccessFactors Project and/or Program Manager with proven track record of executing small-to-large scale implementation projects
• Must be experienced in SuccessFactors and able to drive the triaging of ticket support.
• Strong governance and leadership experience in managing SuccessFactors programs consisting of multiple projects
• Understanding of SuccessFactors modules and integration
• Strong communication skills; analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Ability to cooperate and take business and solution lead in multi-vendor teams
• Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)
