In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration, testing and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
• Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping and validation.
• Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and document business processes.
• Provide first-level functional support to end users and help resolve system issues.
• Assist in preparing user training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Work with senior consultants to ensure project deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors release updates and new features.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Willingness to learn SAP SuccessFactors technology and consulting methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (through coursework, certification, internship, or self-study).
• Experience in HRIS or HR operations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one module is a plus.
