Unser Team in Böblingen verantwortet die Entwicklung und den Test des Workload Managers (WLM) - einer zentralen Komponente des IBM Z Betriebssystems z/OS. Der WLM steuert den Zugriff auf Systemressourcen wie Prozessoren und Speicher und sorgt so für eine optimale Auslastung und Performance. Dabei arbeiten wir eng mit Teams in den USA und Indien zusammen.

Neben der Weiterentwicklung, Wartung und Qualitätssicherung des WLM setzen wir auf innovative Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz, um z/OS noch leistungsfähiger und zukunftssicherer zu gestalten. Darüber hinaus entwickeln wir moderne Tools zur Unterstützung unserer Kunden und zur Optimierung unseres Entwicklungsprozesses.
