Develop IBM SW offering and infrastructure.
IBM Japan - Tokyo Software Development, as part of IBM Research & Development (Tokyo Lab), is responsible for both developing and maintaining software products or infrastructure that are shipped to the global market.
We deliver solutions that support the very foundations of society, ensuring reliability, quality, and innovation.
By collaborating closely with other IBM Tokyo divisions, our team provides high-value products or infrastructures to customers around the world, backed by strong technical expertise.
In IBM Japan Software Development, projects are advanced in close cooperation with IBM engineers and researchers across the global. Each initiative is driven by programming expertise, while continuously incorporating user feedback to enhance product performance and quality.

Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
• Golang、Java、Pythonなどのを用いたプログラミング経験（5年以上）
• コンテナ化およびオーケストレーション技術（例：Docker、Kubernetes、RedHat OpenShift）の実践スキル
• Terraform等を用いたパイプライン上での自動化に関するDevOps実践経験
• レポートラインはGlobalになるため英語Speakingが必要になります。
Preferred technical and professional experience
• SQL（Postgres または MySQL）もしくは NoSQL（Redis）データベースの利用経験
• 分散メッセージングやストリーム処理基盤（例：Kafka）の利用経験
• AWS、Azure、IBM Cloudなどのクラウドプラットフォーム上でのアプリケーション構築に関する知識と経験
• ArgoCDなどを用いたCI/CDやDevOpsプラクティスでの設計• 開発経験
