Your role and responsibilities
- Supervisar el proceso completo de liquidación de haberes, asegurando su precisión y cumplimiento con la legislación laboral vigente.
- Coordinar la validación de novedades, cálculos de impuestos y deducciones, y asegurar el cierre mensual de la nómina.
- Gestionar las relaciones con organismos oficiales (ARCA, ANSES, ART, sindicatos, etc.).
- Brindar soporte al equipo de payroll y asegurar la correcta aplicación de normativas.
- Elaborar reportes mensuales para la dirección y colaborar en la mejora continua de procesos y sistemas relacionados con la nómina.

High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años en liquidación de sueldos, preferentemente en empresas medianas o grandes.
- Conocimiento de la legislación laboral argentina, impuestos y cargas sociales.
- Manejo de sistemas de liquidación de sueldos (Meta4, SAP, u otros).
- Conocimientos intermedios/avanzados de Excel.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Formación en Recursos Humanos, Contabilidad, Administración o carreras afines.
- Dsiponibilidad para concurrir a las oficinas IBM Catalinas y Panamericana
