Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead with expertise in SNP CrystalBridge to oversee and manage end-to-end data transformation and migration activities within our SAP transformation program. The role will lead planning, execution, and validation of data migration tasks leveraging SNP's CrystalBridge platform, ensuring data quality, integrity, and seamless cutover for business continuity.

Key responsabilities:

• Lead the data migration workstream using SNP CrystalBridge, ensuring accurate transformation and transfer of master and transactional data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

• Develop and manage the end-to-end data migration strategy, including scoping, extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather data mapping and transformation rules.

• Work closely with SNP consultants and internal teams to configure and optimize the CrystalBridge platform for efficient migrations (e.g., Bluefield approach).

• Design and execute mock conversions, cutover planning, and rehearsal activities in alignment with the overall project schedule.

• Ensure rigorous data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation procedures are in place before, during, and after migration.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical mappings, data validation scripts, and cutover checklists.

• Provide regular updates to project leadership, identify risks, and manage mitigation plans related to data migration.

• Support post-migration audits and hypercare activities to ensure data integrity in the target system.

Required technical and professional expertise

• 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration, with at least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA migration projects using SNP CrystalBridge.

• Hands-on expertise in SNP CrystalBridge Transformation Platform, especially with Bluefield migration methodology: Proven experience in using SNP CrystalBridge for data transformation and system conversions (Bluefield, Shell, or Selective Migration).

• Strong understanding of SAP data models (Customer/Vendor/Material Master, Finance, etc.) and legacy system structures.

• Proven experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation techniques.

• Familiarity with migration-specific tools and technologies like LTMC, LSMW, IDOCs, and BAPIs.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with external vendors and partners (e.g., SNP consultants).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP certification in S/4HANA or Data Migration.

• Industry experience in [Retail/Pharma/Manufacturing ]

• Experience in managing parallel landscape migrations or selective data transitions.
