Senior DevOps Engineer - Nespresso Platforms

We are seeking a skilled Engineer with expertise in Ansible Automation Platform (Ansible Tower) , RHEL Linux, Azure services, and monitoring solutions, including the LGTM (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir) stack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient systems.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and playbooks using Bash, Python, Ansible, and Terraform to streamline system provisioning, configuration, and management processes.
• Administer and maintain Ansible Automation Platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as necessary.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based and containerized applications and services on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports for system configurations, automation processes.

• Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards in system configurations and deployments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the existing systems and workflows.

Requirements:
- Solid Knowledge and expertise using Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience using RHEL or equivalent Linux system
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience using CI-related tools and pipelines: GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus
- Good understanding and hands-on experience using Azure cloud services
- Good understanding of network concepts and protocols
- Good scripting skills using Bash and Python
