Semi Senior Payroll - Liquidación de Sueldos

Your role and responsibilities

Responsabilidades principales:

• Asegurar la correcta y oportuna liquidación de haberes mensuales, cumpliendo con la normativa laboral vigente y las políticas internas de la empresa.
• Mantener actualizada la información de nómina, incluyendo altas, bajas y modificaciones salariales o de beneficios.
• Coordinar con los equipos de Recursos Humanos, Finanzas y proveedores externos para recopilar los datos necesarios para la liquidación.
• Revisar y validar reportes de nómina, deducciones (como impuestos, cuotas sindicales) y contribuciones legales (como seguridad social, obra social, ART).
• Atender consultas de empleados relacionadas con recibos de sueldo, descuentos y conceptos legales.
• Colaborar en la conciliación de cuentas de sueldos y en la elaboración de reportes para auditorías o uso interno.
• Mantenerse actualizado respecto a cambios en la legislación laboral y tributaria aplicable al proceso de nómina.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experiencia previa de 2 años en liquidación de sueldos, preferentemente en empresas medianas o grandes.
• Conocimiento actualizado de la legislación laboral argentina, impuestos y cargas sociales.
• Manejo de sistemas de liquidación de sueldos (ej. Meta4, SAP, Bejerman, Tango, etc.).
• Buen dominio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, conciliaciones).
• Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Se valora nivel intermedio de inglés (deseable, especialmente para empresas multinacionales).
• Formación académica en curso o finalizada en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
• Disponibilidad de concurrir a oficinas IBM Catalinas y Panamericana (GBA Norte)
